Human beings were created in God’s image, and our words, too, carry a certain power. Of course, our words cannot create reality the way God does. But they do more than simply convey information: they affect the people who hear them.
Our words can weigh heavily on someone’s spirit, fuel hatred, or even provoke violence. They can reopen old wounds… or cause new ones...
